Yearly Meeting of Sab ka Prayas Cheritable Trust was held on 16th April, 2023 (6 PM) at Sri Raghunath Mandir (Basement), Sector-28, Faridabad.
Shri Rajinder Sharma, Managing Trustee along with Shri Trilok Ahuja (Trustee) Treasurer and Shri SK Singla, (Trustee) Secretary presented yearly activities of the Trust with the help of Slide Show to all present Members.
Formation of Trust and Details of Trustees was presented.
Objects of the Trusts were illustrated.
Projects undertaken during the year were as under:
Apni Rasoi, Cloth Bags, T. Shirts, Caps, Calendars, Flags, Education to Students, Installing Garbage Bins, Cleaning of Parks.
Initiative taken towards Education for the Needy Students was described by Dr. JS Rana, Trustee.
Project wise spendings and collection of voluntary donation was also presented. Rs. 10 Lakh plus was received as donation during 2022-23 and Target for he year 2023-24 has been set as Rs. 12 Lakh. On the other hand, new projects will be added and present projects spending will be enhanced on need basis.
Major contributors/donators were honoured by presenting flower bouquet and all Members contributing for the noble cause were thanked and greeted.
High Tea was arranged or the Members present during the meeting.
