3rd Annual General Meeting

3rd  Annual General Meeting of Sabka Prayas Cheritable Trust was held on 21st September, 2025, 6 PM onwards at  Sri Raghunath Mandir, Sector-28, Faridabad. Around 80 persons including Trustees, Members and guests were present during the meeting. Shri Anil Nagar, Councillor, MCF was also present as a Special Guest.

Mr. Rajinder Sharma, Managing Trustee welcomed all present and thanked them for sparing their valuable time to attend the meeting.  Sacred Lamp in front of Lord Ram Lala's Picture was lighted by the Trustees and Sarswati Vandana was recited by Mrs. Kavita Sharma   and  Mrs. Pratibha Khanna.

An Onscreen Slide Show Presentation was made by the trustees in their respective areas highlighting various activities carried out by the Trust at present, Income & Expenditure Statement, Activities to be included in future and targets for the same.

Shri Rajinder Sharma, Managing Trustee briefed about how the Trust being formed by group of like minded persons some eight years back with starting activity being Apni Rasoi, providing food to the needy people for token amount of just five rupees, if not able to pay free also, on every Sunday.

Shri Anupam Sharma, Trustee explained what difficulties were faced in the starting phase to manage with limited workforce and resources. He mentioned as time passed we have shifted from plastic plates and glasses to our own Steel Utencils for Keeping and Serving the food which is more ecofriendly. All raw materials for Apni Raosi are purchased and cooked in strict supervision of Members and no compromise with quality is done


Shri (Dr.) JS Rana and Shri KL Khera briefed about the procedure how they select economically week students for helping them out financially as well as with stationery and other needs.

Shri KL Khera also mentioned that the Garden Umbrellas distributed by the Trust were very useful in saving end users from heat and rain and appreciated by them.


Shri TS Ahuja shared the statregy followed by the Trust to keep environment clean and dealing with the waste plastic and other materials. He mentioned that at present this is being practiced in their pocket but they have plan to extend this in other pockets of our sector and beyond that installing bins to collect the waste plastic and other dry waste which  Eco Savera Organisation with handle by collecting it from bins on regular basis.
Purchase of  Jackets for needy during winter season is done by committee of members personally and distributed  in a planned manner by distributing the tokens to needy in advance and keeping proper record of the same.


Shri Anil Nagar, Councillor, MCF was welcomed and presented flower bouquet by Shri SK Singla, Trustee (Secretary).


Shri Anil Nagar, Councillor, MCF in his address appreciated the activities being carried out by the Trust and mentioned that he is always there to help the Trust in any way whenever approached.


Shri Anil Nagar also presented flower boquets to Trustees and appreciated their cause of serving the needy and other social fields.


Shri VK Bajaj, Trustee presented flower bouquet to Shri Rajesh Chandna, Principal DDC Little Paradise School. Mr. Rajesh Chandna in his  address appreciated the cause of Trust helping economically week students of their school.


Shri Shiv Kumar Kataria from Sewa Bharti Organization was welcomed and presented flower bouquet. He also appreciated the cause of the Sabka Prayas Trust and also described how Sewa Bharti is helping the needy and economically week section in education and self dependency drive.


Mrs. Nisha Khan, Social Worker helping masses in various fields and RWA Official of Sector-29 was honoured by presenting a flower bouquet by Smt. and Shri Trilok Ahuja.


Mrs. Suman and  Mr. Rakesh Trehan a Regular Donor were honoured by presenting a flower bouquet by Dr. JS Rana and Shri KL Khera.


Shri Anupam Sharma presented a Flower Bouquet to Shri Mukesh Vohra a Regular Donor. 


Shri Ranjan Tayal, Shri R.L. Jindal, Shri Ghanshyam Khurana and Shri Arjun Lal Arora being presented flower bouquet.






Shri Rajinder Sharma, Trustee specially mentioned and thanked Mrs. Suman & Mr. Rakesh Trehan, Mr. Mukesh Vohra, Shri Anil Ahuja, Mrs. Saroj Jhingan, Mrs. Asha Ahluwalia and Mrs. Kamlesh Gandotra  for their support.

Meeting ended with Vote of  Thanks by Shri Trilok Ahuja to Shri Anil Nagar, Councillor-MCF, Trustees, Distinguished Guests, Members and Press Officials covering the event. All present were requested to join dinner upstairs.

Yearly Meeting of Sabka Prayas Charitable Trust

Yearly Meeting of Sabka Prayas Charitable Trust was held on 13th October, 2024 (6.00 PM) at Shree Raghunath  Mandir (Basement), Sector-28, Faridabad. 







Shri Rajinder Sharma, Managing Trustee welcomed all present members and along with Shri S.K. Singla, Trustee (Secretary) & Shri Trilok Ahuja, Trustee (Treasurer) show-cased various activities carried out by the Trust during the year April 2023 to March, 2024 by way of a slide presentation.

Trustees thanked Members for their all  out support without which it would not have been possible to run the activities of trust so smoothly.
